This week was a really busy week but we had so much fun! We explored rainbow ribbons, colorful sand and of course we went to our Halloween Parade and enjoyed our Halloween party!

Rainbow Ribbons

We started our week with our rainbow ribbons activity. Our friends were very excited from the start of the activity. They watched the colorful ribbon move from one side to the other while hanging on the mobile.

The students tried to reach and grasp the ribbons, which will help to develop their motor skills. This will also develop their ability to track objects with their eyes as they watch the colorful ribbons move.

Colorful Sand

On Tuesday we got to explore different color sand, our friend Sebastian Mehtani was a little bit hesitant to touch the sand at the beginning of the activity as it was his first time touching the sand with his hands. However, after a few seconds he was very engaged in the exploration, tapping and grasping the sand all over the container.

Sebastian Daza stared at the sand for a moment and then he carefully tried to grasp the sand with his hands. They both had a wonderful experience, exploring the sand by using their hands for the first time. Good job everyone!

Happy Halloween!

It was a beautiful parade! Our little ducks looked so adorable in their outfits. Thank you parents for coming and sharing this wonderful day with us. We enjoyed being with you most of all!

Have a wonderful weekend everyone!
