This week the infant-b students started off by exploring ice cubes and frozen paint!

The weather is getting colder and colder, and ice is a wonderful material to relate to the temperature outside!

it was a lovely surprise to see how much the students enjoyed the cold sensation of the ice- with each warm touch, the ice cubes slowly melted in their hands.

Independent standing and walking, as we engage in a stimulating activity!

Placing paper on the classroom wall, created another great opportunity for our friends to practice their gross motor development- independent standing and walking.

As the students pressed their painted hands on the white canvas and drew with crayons, at the same time, they were standing independently!

Completely consumed with the exciting provocation, the students practiced their balance, independent standing and walking.

This week we also introduced a new book to the classroom (“Smile Pout-Pout Fish”) and explored our new Spanish chart- representing animals and numbers.

The infant-b friends love exploring animals and the sounds they make. They have also enjoyed hearing their teachers count! Some friends enjoy repeating the numbers three and five.

Bravo, infant-b students!
