The infant-b friends started off the week by making their own paint!

Since paint is one of the students favorite sensory experiences, we thought it would be interesting if we made our own paint. With just corn syrup and food coloring, the students created beautiful paint colors. Our friends were amazed with the paints thick and sticky texture. It was lovely to see how this medium provoked language! The students were proudly shouting out the words “sticky” and “Yellow”.

Bravo, friends!

“Good Morning, Carrot!”

Each morning we have been visiting carrot, Buckle My Shoe’s pet bunny. Visiting Carrot has become a wonderful transitional tool- a great way for little ones to ease their way into their exciting school day.

I found my belly button!

As Teagan sat on the classroom floor, we notice how focus she was, observing and exploring her belly button. Teagan looked up and smiled at her teachers. She was very happy with her discovery :)

“Where is Annabelle’s belly button?!”

There it is!

A Walk around the Tribeca neighborhood!

Thank you, infant-b families!

Hava a lovely weekend.
