This week the Infant-B students created gifts for “Parents Day”!

Parents day is this week and the students made special gifts, just for their mommies and daddies.

Sand Exploration!

Slime: A new and exciting sensory play!

Watermelon!

The children are now having tons of fun singing the watermelon song, so why not introduce watermelon into the classroom. While on a walk to Washington Market Park, the children ate watermelon slices. Yummy!!

As children learn their favorite songs, they are building more vocabulary skills.

Thank you, Infant-b Families.

Have a lovely weekend.

May 17, 2019

This week the infant-b class started their week off with watercolor paint!

The students enjoy exploring watercolor paint, eager to soak their brushes in the bright yet transparent medium, to create delicate lines and wiggles on white canvas paper.

Painting with young children not only helps their creative development, but it also stimulates their brain. Children who paint learn to think with an open mind, to look at situations creatively. They learn to express themselves more deeply through their art and their words.

Spring Market Crafts!

Our spring art show and the spring market is approaching fast. The infant-B friends are working very hard decorating their craft pieces for the Spring Market. We are decorating bowls

Spring Art Show/Market- May 23rd and May 24th

Drawing While Listening to Classical Music!

The students drawing techniques have all strengthened, over a brief time. The children are making beautiful, intentional marks while drawing with crayons. With impressive hand-eye coordination, the students are creating bold strokes, wiggles, and circles on their papers- while correctly identifying colors. Bravo Friends!

It was also lovely to see how the children's art responded to the music. As the tempo and speed of the music quickened and slowed, so did their hand movement across their papers.

Interesting!

Working Hard for Our Spring Art Show

Infant-B Families, we hope to see you all at the spring art show/Market (May 23rd and 24th).

Thank you!

Have a lovely weekend.

Week of the Young Child!

The Week of the Young Child is an annual celebration hosted by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) celebrating early learning, young children, their teachers, and families.

Music Monday!

The students enjoyed “Music  Monday” by exploring instruments and singing their favorite songs with plush animals. The students also danced with a friend to the “Ring Around the Rosie” song.

Tasty Tuesday!

For “Tasty Tuesday” the students made “Holy Moly Guacamole”.

Work Together Wednesday!

For Work Together Wednesday the students worked together to create their science experiment- Baking soda and vinegar chemical reaction.

What happens when we mix baking soda and vinegar together?

Artsy Thursday!

For Artsy Thursday the students painted their flower pots for family Friday.

Family Friday!

For Family Friday, the students invited their special person to come and join them for a planting activity . The children planted green beans and parsley.

Thank you, Infant-B families.

Have a great weekend!

This week the students painted with Squeeze bottles!

Learning how to squeeze things builds up core strength in those little hands and starts to get children ready for writing or using tools like scissors.

Approaching the provocation, the students immediately recognized the squeeze bottles, which where once filled with water- but this time, they were filled with paint. Surprise!

As the students sat on the white paper canvas, investigating the bottles, their teacher began telling the children to “Squeeze”. After demonstrating, the students began squeezing away! Excited to see the colorful paint squirt out of the bottles and land on the paper.

The students repeatedly squeezed their bottles and shouted out the word “Squeeze”. Bravo, Friends!

It was a lovely surprise to see the students observing each other as they engaged in the stimulating activity.

In school we work on fine motor activities every day, in playful ways. Our children have no idea the reason behind it, of course. They just know it’s fun!

Story Time in the Park!

Creating a Rainbow for Our School Window!

Our students created a beautiful rainbow with colorful pieces of construction paper and glue!

It is safe to assume that the their favorite part of making our beautiful rainbow was exploring the little pieces of colorful construction paper. The students took turns sticking the tiny papers to the sticky rainbow and also climbing in the sensory bin to toss the paper- throwing the paper in the air and shouting “yay!”.

Beautiful job, friends!

Annabelle Driving the Car!

Annabelle, do you have a license?

Circle Time!

During circle time we added a few puppets, as we sang some of our favorite songs:

-”Twinkle Twinkle”- star puppets

-”Oh Mr. Sun”- Sun Puppets

-”Five Little Speckled Frogs”- frog puppets

The students loved holding the props and it offered them a great visual aid.

Puppets can sing, dance, speak in rhyme, touch, laugh, or cry.

By capturing the child’s attention, they strengthen listening skills and vocabulary development.

Puppets are also a valuable means for promoting oral language skills and confidence.

We Have Caterpillars!- The Students Observed Our New Friends Very Closely.

Music Class!

Thank you, Infant-b families.

Have a great weekend!

Literacy week!

This week the students celebrated literacy week! Parents were invited to come read their child’s favorite books in class and if they wanted, to introduce a new language to the students. This week the students were read to in Farsi and Swedish. How exciting!

Monday was pajama day! Ophelia mommy and daddy stopped by and read a Swedish book to Ophelia and her friends.

We also celebrated St. Patrick's day and explored green Jell-o.

Tuesday: What a wonderful idea! We thought it would be interesting if we introduced sound into the classroom, starting with moms and dads voices by creating an audio book. Teagan’s mommy recorded herself reading and when we played in over the speaker, the students stopped what they were doing and quietly listened in.

“Did the students know where the voice was coming from? Did they all recognize the voice? Did Teagan recognize the voice? Did the students realize a story was being read? Did Teagan realize her favorite book was being read by her mommy’s voice?

Playing the audio book a second time, the class resumed exploring there classroom, but Teagan still remained interested. Teagan picked up the “Stick and Stone” book that was being read in the recording and began flipping through the pages. As Teagan flipped through the pages, she began repeating some of the words in the story. At one point, Teagan actually turned to the correct page mom was reading and began saying the words- reading along with her mommy.

“Puddle”

“Stuck in the Muddle”

Amazing!

How will other students react when they hear their mommies and daddies voices over the speaker, reading a familiar book?

Wednesday: Annabelle mommy and Sara’s daddy stopped by and read to the class. Annabelle’s mommy sang a song in Farsi and read a book in Farsi. She also read the book “The Color Monster”. Sara’s daddy read “ Subway” and “Do Crocs Kiss”.

Wednesday was also the first day of Spring! The students explored flowers.

Thursday- Teagan’s mommy stopped by for literacy week and read a story about the Purim holiday. She also brought animal masks, a carnival game and traditional Purim graggers (noise makers).

On Thursday we also celebrated Holi- a holiday to welcome Spring.

Friday- The infant-b students came dressed as their favorite story book characters and enjoyed all the lovely books that were donated to the classroom, by their mommies and daddies. Thank you, infant-b families!

Annabelle had a taco shirt on - to symbolize her love for the book “Dragons Love Tacos”

Teagan had a stick and stone shirt on- to symbolize her love for the book “ Stick and Stone”

&

Ophelia had a duck on her shirt- to symbolize her love for the book “The Ugly Duckling”

*Developing a love of literacy and for good books is crucial for young children, because it provides a secure foundation for the development of critical reading and writing skills.

 Thank you!

Have a lovely weekend!

This week the infant-b students explored cloud dough!

Since the students really enjoy making and exploring play dough, we thought it would be a great idea to introduce a different type of sensory dough. The exciting mixture of flour and oil was placed in the center of the classroom floor. The students Immediately recognized the familiar sensory bin and began racing over with anticipation.

Discovering the white cloud dough, the children grasped the medium in their hands, instinctively squeezing the silky smooth material in between their fingers. Observing the children, we noticed their eyes fixated on their hands. The students watched their hands, as they slowly loosened their tight grip, watching as the sand-like consistency crumbed apart.

The children smiled and laughed and repeatedly grasped the lumps of dough and squeezed- thrilled with the texture and perhaps the effect they had on the dough.

Walking Feet!

Sara is now using the waker to travel around her classroom. She is also taking three independent step all by herself. Bravo, Sara!

A Walk to the Park!

Exploring Chunky Paint!

The students really enjoyed exploring powder paint last week, so this week we added water- creating a chunky textured paint.

The students immediately noticed there was something different about the paint, slowly lifting their paint brushes in the air and squeezing the bristles with their hands. Some friends even began pulling the squeezing the chunky paint bits off the bristles, using their index and thumb.

After investigating the chunky paint, the students began sweeping their paint brush across their brown canvas papers.

Thank you, infant-b families.

Have a great weekend!

February 22, 2019

This school week was short but still full of excitement and exploration.

This week the infant-b students were more than excited to spend the mornings with their 1A friends. They enjoyed circle time with puppets and were so happy to learn a new song- “Little Bunny Fu Fu”. They even joined the 1A class for music, art and gym time.

Curriculum Breakfast- Making Paint!

There has been a burst of new vocabulary words being used in the infant-b classroom as of lately. With most of the chatter taking place during circle time and art.

While engaging in various paint textures, we have observed our friends shouting out the words “sticky”, “Yellow”, “Blue”, “Rough”- along with other descriptive words.

Since the students are showing great interest in exploring and identifying textures, along with being involved in the magical process of creating their own paint material, we thought it would be a perfect idea to have them create and explore different textured paints with their parents.

For our second curriculum day, the parents and students were given three paint recipes to choose from. Each a different texture- sticky, solid/liquid and rough.

As the parents and students choose their paint recipe, the messy fun began!

It was wonderful to observe the parents and students working together, making the paint and creating beautiful art pieces. Observing the students reactions to the materials and textures was a bonus!

During this curriculum morning event the parents were the observers. Tasked with the honor of observing their child’s verbal, and non-verbal communication during the activity. Parents also observed their child’s facial expressions and body language.

Here are just a few quotes from moms and dads, while observing their child:

-said “whoa”

-said “more”

-said “paper”

-”focused expression”

-”was cautious”

-”was excited”

-”grasping at the materials”

-”Said Feel Feel, Touch, Mix."

- ”Used her fingers gently to touch the flour and tried tasting it. Was excited, but still not sure exactly what we were doing. Wanted to hold onto her paintbrush even though that segment of the project hadn't started yet. She anticipated what would come next.”

Thank you, infant-b families!

Have a lovely weekend.

Circle Time: Circle time is a special time in the morning and afternoon that the infant-b friends look forward to and are ecstatic to participate in.

Group time is a great way for students to get a sense of community with friends and enhance social skills, while developing listening skills.

Singing our new song “ Jump In the Water” and dancing!

Singing our new song “Ring Around the Rosie” and dancing!

The whole group singing “Ring Around the Rosie” and dancing with Ms. Sara in the middle!

Circle Time also expands awareness of physical, sensory, and language experiences through exposure to new songs, dances, various materials, and other stimuli. Participating in the songs helps promote rhythm, coordination, counting, and dexterity as well as singing. Dancing helps with gross motor skills. (e.g., turning and jumping).

An added plus is that it is also a fun form of exercise!

Sharing Tea with Monkey!

secret Valentine's Day Gifts!

A Walk to Washington Market Park!

Banana and Raspberry Smoothie!

Thank you, Infant-b families!

Have a lovely weekend.

February 1, 2019

This week the infant-b friends started off the week by turning their treasure box into a cozy house.

With sponges and a little paint, the students transformed their box into a beautiful house.

Friends, should we attach lights next?

Yoga!

We were so proud of the students as they followed along with the yoga poses- downward facing dog and happy baby pose. They especially enjoyed stretching their bodies.

Infants and toddlers are naturals when it comes to yoga! Introducing yoga into the classroom can help with increasing body awareness and promoting strength. Whether a pose is done standing, sitting, or lying down, each one can challenge various muscle groups while helping a child become aware of his/her body.

While having fun, yoga can also help strengthen their balance and concentration.

Circle Time!

The students love morning and afternoon circle time. it is an amazing time in the day when all the students gather together to sing their favorite songs, socialize and read stories.

Our friends are always excited to sing good morning to each other, welcoming each student with a handshake or high-five.

As of lately, they have preferred giving high-fives in the morning, saying “boom” when they give their teacher or friend a high-five :)

They have also been suggesting to their teachers which book they would like to read or which song they would like to sing next. Verbally communicating their preference!

Teacher: “what other song should we sing?”

Student: “Ba ba!”

student: “Up above!”

Student: “Row row!”

Note: “ba ba” = Ba Ba Black Sheep

“up above”= Twinkle Twinkle Little Star

“Row Row”= Row your Boat

We have recently introduced two new songs into our circle time- “Jump in the water” and “Ring Around the Rosie”.

The students love to stand up and hold hands while singing “Ring Around the Rosie”. They especially think its hilarious to watch there teachers fall down :)

Admiring and kissing My Reflection!

Thank you, infant-b families!

Have a lovely weekend.

Painting on Bubble Wrap!

Before the students smeared paint across the soft bubble wrap, they all rubbed their clean hands over the smooth bubbles. As they pressed and dragged their hands across the bubble wrap, it created a squeaky noise. A sound our friends  enjoyed hearing and making.

Baby Doll!

Sara and her friends take such great care of the babies in their classroom- feeding, hugging and kissing their dolls.

Caring for our doll babies has also been a great tool used to practice our gentle touch!

Especially when the students interact with one another, when excited :)

Making playdough!

Making playdough with toddlers is a wonderful way to improve hand eye coordination, fine and gross development- stirring, squeezing, pouring. It is also a great way for students to practice basic math skills and learn new vocabulary.

Washing the classroom baby dolls!

Thank you infant-b friends!

Have a lovely weekend.

January 18, 2019

The infant-b friends started off the week by creating yellow Oobleck!

Since the students have taken an interest in the word “yellow”, creating yellow Oobleck was a wonderful way to further encourage color exploration.

Sticky Paint on Butcher Paper!

Approaching the paint provocation, the students immediately grasped the paint brushes, smiling as the thick paint mixture dripped from their paint bushes onto their hands.

Before dragging their paint brushes across the brown paper canvas attached to their classroom wall, the students choose to explore the familiar paint material further- squeezing the saturated paint bristles with their hands.

Happy with the sensation, the students smiled and laughed and repeatedly squeezed the sticky paint between their fingers.

When they were ready, the students stood against the canvas and used their brushes and hands to create beautiful marks.

Water play with Animals!

Thank you, infant-b families!

Have a great weekend.

January 11, 2019

The infant-b friends started off the week by making their own paint!

Since paint is one of the students favorite sensory experiences, we thought it would be interesting if we made our own paint. With just corn syrup and food coloring, the students created beautiful paint colors. Our friends were amazed with the paints thick and sticky texture. It was lovely to see how this medium provoked language! The students were proudly shouting out the words “sticky” and “Yellow”.

Bravo, friends!

Painting on white paper canvas:

Painting on shiny foil paper:

Painting on translucent Paper:

“Good Morning, Carrot!”

Each morning we have been visiting carrot, Buckle My Shoe’s pet bunny. Visiting Carrot has become a wonderful transitional tool- a great way for little ones to ease their way into their exciting school day.

I found my belly button!

As Teagan sat on the classroom floor, we notice how focus she was, observing and exploring her belly button. Teagan looked up and smiled at her teachers. She was very happy with her discovery :)

“Where is Annabelle’s belly button?!”

There it is!

A Walk around the Tribeca neighborhood!

Thank you, infant-b families!

Hava a lovely weekend.

December 14, 2018

This week the infant-b students worked so hard creating holiday gifts for moms and dads!

Mommies and daddies were happily surprised.

Beautiful job, friends!

Presenting sand in a new and exciting way!

Lately, the students have shown less interest in exploring sand. What if we presented the material in a different way? How will the students react?

Instead off pouring the sand into the sensory bin, we thought it would be interesting if we poured the sand directly onto the classroom floor- giving the students more space and opportunity to maneuver their bodies over the stimulating material.

Perfect!

The students were immediately drawn to the new provocation! With big smiles, Our friends crawled, walked and pressed their bodies into the cool sand. They were all so excited, it was as if it was their first time exploring the familiar material.

Holiday party: Santa came to Buckle My Shoe!

Thank you, infant-b families.

Have a lovely weekend!

December 7, 2018

This week the infant-b students started off by exploring ice cubes and frozen paint!

The weather is getting colder and colder, and ice is a wonderful material to relate to the temperature outside!

it was a lovely surprise to see how much the students enjoyed the cold sensation of the ice- with each warm touch, the ice cubes slowly melted in their hands.

Independent standing and walking, as we engage in a stimulating activity!

Placing paper on the classroom wall, created another great opportunity for our friends to practice their gross motor development- independent standing and walking.

As the students pressed their painted hands on the white canvas and drew with crayons, at the same time, they were standing independently!

Completely consumed with the exciting provocation, the students practiced their balance, independent standing and walking.

This week we also introduced a new book to the classroom (“Smile Pout-Pout Fish”) and explored our new Spanish chart- representing animals and numbers.

The infant-b friends love exploring animals and the sounds they make. They have also enjoyed hearing their teachers count! Some friends enjoy repeating the numbers three and five.

Bravo, infant-b students!

Music Class

Thank you, Infant-B families!

Have a lovely weekend!

Discovering Mommies and Daddies on the Light Table!

Approaching the provocation, our natural born investigators had huge smiles upon their little faces, realizing it was large photos of their very own mommies and daddies, smiling back at them.

The students first explored all of the 2D photos- staring and smiling at the familiar large faces. Placing 2D photos of the parents faces, over the illuminating light table, how will the students respond? Will the students immediately recognize their parents? Will they show preference over the other?

After exploring each photo, we noticed the students showing preference!

They were now making the choice to explore their mom or dad only- kissing their mom or daddy’s photo and giggling, so excited to be holding their favorite people in their hands.

It was especially lovely to see the students traveling around their classroom, with their mom or dad’s photo in their hands- as they manipulated the learning materials around the room.

We will definitely continue to observe the students reactions and decision making, as they engage with the photographs.

Out for a Walk!

Painting on Mirrors!

We thought it would be engaging and exciting if the children painted on top of mirrors, since they have been fascinated with exploring their refections.

What will happen when they cover up their reflection with paint?

It was lovely to see the students observing their own movements- watching as their fingers poke the paint puddles, smearing the paint across the mirror.

Curriculum Breakfast Celebration!

In connection with our Curriculum: Paint!

The infant-b parents were more then happy to get a little messy with their little ones, as they participated in two paint activities- smush painting on mirrors and hand print art.

As the students engage in various paint activities, as their teachers, we are asking ourselves these first questions:

-How does the student approach paint?

-What emotions does the medium provoke?

Today’s activties were perfect for the parents to experience first hand, what their little one is experiencing as they manipulate paint- taking in all the colors and texture of the irristable material.

Thank you, infant-b families!

November 16, 2018

This week the infant-b students combined there two favorite sensory experiences, water play and paint!

Friends, can we add paint to the water? What will happen if we put a little yellow paint into the water bin? Will the water change color?

The students had a blast, splashing the warm water with their hands-trying to grasp the puddles of paint floating in the sensory bin. The more the students reached for the paint puddles, the more the paint mixed into the water.

Bravo, Alexander!

Alexander is transiting beautifully into his new classroom.

Initiating Body Awareness!

Annabelle was very curious about her friends bodies this week :)

Ponting out and exploring her friends ears and belly button! Excellent job, Annabelle!

Walking feet!

Teagan has been doing such a great job, using the classroom walker- proudly traveling across her classroom, as we sing “Teagan’s walking. Teagan’s walking. Yes, she is! Yes, she is!”

Bravo, Teagan!

We are so proud.

Thank you infant-b families!

Have a great weekend.

h

November 9, 2018

The infant-b students started off their week by making “thank you” cards, for the stores who participated in our Halloween day parade.

The students were very excited to feel the wet paint between their fingers and toes, as they decorated the cards- handprints and footprints!

Morning Circle Time!

Using the guitar during our morning meetings, is a must! The students will hand the guitar to their teacher for circe time and throughout the school day.

With loud giggles and big smiles, our friends enjoy singing “Good Morning”, “The Five Little Monkeys” and “Baby shark” with the guitar.

Independent Walking!

Each day Annabelle has become more and more confident in her balance- trusting herself to let go and walk independently. This week Annabelle let go and took multiple steps on her own! Bravo, Annabelle!

Exploring Cellophane Paper!

The students were immediately drawn to the colorful sheets of cellophane paper, that were placed over the illuminated light table- pleased with the crinkling sound it created, as they manipulated the material.

Play dough!

With just flower, salt and water the student helped make play dough! Our friends squeezed, pulled and poked the medium- each time, the playdough, responding to their actions.

When children begin to notice a change in the play dough, they are learning that their actions have consequences.  This is empowerment, it encourages more experimentation. The child’s brain is taking shape along with the material!

Discovering new instruments in the classroom!

in connection with our school wide area of research: Paint!

Our first question in our research is, “How do the students approach paint?“

The students all took their time approaching the familiar provocation. First testing the paint out with their pointers. Once the students warmed up to the cool wet texture, they then began sliding their legs and hands across the surface- smearing the paint across the white paper canvas.

>The paint provocation encouraaged the students to test their gross motor skills:

-lifting their bodies to reach the paint

-Walking

-And-

>The paint provocation provoked verbal communication: some of the students said “Tap, tap, tap”, as they tapped the paint puddles with their hands.

We will definitely continue to observe the students as they engage in paint- providing them with many more exciting provocations!

Thank you, infant-b families.

Have a lovely weekend!

November 2, 2018

This week the infant-b students enjoyed their first music class. The students were very excited to hear their favorite songs and explore the guitar.

We can not wait to explore various instruments and learn new and exciting songs this school year.

Story Time: Our friends love story time throughout the day.

Our friends are favoring these books so far:

-Pete the Cat the Five Little Ducks

-Pete the Cat Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star

-Pete the Cat the Wheels on the Bus

-Itsy Bitsy Spider I Love You

-Brown Bear & Please Mr. Panda

With eyes opened wide and huge smiles, the students are always excited to gather together at story time.

They especially enjoy choosing a book on their own, for their teacher to read. When asked, some of the students will choose a book from the library and bring it over to the group, for their teacher to read and for all to enjoy.

Finding Mommy and Daddy

Annabelle discovered her mommy and daddy on our family wall. How Exciting!

Discovering familiar faces on the light table!

Our infant-b friends were so happy to discover familiar faces over the illuminated light table-immediately rushing over to investigate the 2D photos.

It was a lovely surprise to see some of the children showing preference! Some students were choosing their own photo to explore or determined on exploring their friend’s photo- gazing, kissing or tightly holding onto the pictures.

We will definitely continue exploring the photos and perhaps, place a few of their mommies and daddies photos over the light table.

Thank you!

Have a lovely weekend, Infant-b Families!

October 26, 2018

This week the infant-b students carved their classroom pumpkin and painted their individual white pumpkins!

Painting Pumpkins:

Before painting their white pumpkins, the students explored them- gently rubbing their hands across the pumpkin's smooth, rippled skin.

The children showed interest by mouthing the hard pumpkins and rolling them across their work stations.

As soon as the students were offered the orange paint and gold glitter, they seemed less enthusiastic about their pumpkins and more interested in the shiny, wet materials!

Understandable! Paint and glitter is fascinating and eye-catching!

The infants used their hands and fingers to experience the chilly, wet, shiny textures on their slick pumpkin skin. It made the pumpkins SO slippery and hard to grasp onto!

Excellent painting, infant-b students!

Circle Time: A wonderful way to enhance social skills, communication and build friendships.

During circle time the students are now shaking hands!

As we sing our "Good Morning" song, the students become very excited- patiently waiting for their turn, to shake their teacher's hand. .

Great job, friends!

Our good morning song is a great way to bring awareness to the children- bringing awareness to their names, their friend's names, their teacher's names and now it is also bringing awareness to their bodies.

Perfect handshakes, everyone!

A Birthday Gift for Daddy!

For her daddy’s birthday, Teagan made him a beautiful canvas painting!

Textured ball painting!

The students have always shown an interest in balls of any kind. A delighted grin spreads upon their faces each time they manipulate the round, bouncy, slightly unpredictable wonder.

When the provocation was placed in the middle of the classroom floor, it was interesting to see the students automatically go for the paint, as if the balls were not there. The explorers grasped at the bright paint colors, using their pointers to poke at the wet puddles. They are clearly paint experts now and know just what to do!

After a short while, our little sensory experts started to notice the round, bumpy balls and began trying to pick them up with their wet, colorful hands.

As the textured balls slipped from hand to hand, the balls bounced and rolled onto the brown paper.

With each drop and roll, the round bumpy balls left behind beautiful imprints and trails on the paper!

Thank you, infant-b families!

Have a great weekend.

October 19, 2018

With Halloween approaching, the infant-b students started their school week off with pumpkins!

Our friends picked a large pumpkin for their classroom and small white pumpkins for themselves.

Friends, should we paint our pumpkins next week?

When exploring their classroom pumpkin, the students were very curious about the stem.

Friends, what will we find when we open our pumpkin?

Happy Birthday, Teagan!

This week we celebrated Teagan’s first birthday!

Teagan’s mommy and daddy came and read some of her favorite stories and shared a delicious snack with her friends- raspberries and bananas.

Walking foot prints

Learning to walk is one of the most important achievements in a child’s life, as it's a big step towards independence!

We thought it would be interesting if the students “saw” what their feet could do. With a little white paint, each child was guided up and down a long piece of brown butcher paper.

With their feet painted white, each student walked along brown butcher paper, leaving behind beautiful, unique foot prints.

Keep up the excellent work, students!

You will all be walking in no time!

Thank you, infant-b families!

Have a lovely weekend.
